
Bernie joined the Cowtown Clubhouse as Executive Director in November 2025. A believer in the power of relationships to improve wellness outcomes, he brings to his role a focus on building meaningful member-centric programs. He earned a BA in interdisciplinary studies (human services track) at St. Joseph's College of Maine and an MA in Philosophy (social justice and ethics) at the University of North Texas.

Jeff joined the Clubhouse staff in August 2024. Prior to that, he spent 20 years as a classroom teacher in Fort Worth and also worked as a street outreach worker supporting unsheltered individuals. Jeff deeply values the sense of community at the Clubhouse and enjoys getting to know the unique stories of its members.
