Barbara Jordan

Program Director

With a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice, Barbara brings over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. Known for a deep passion for understanding people, she values the unique stories and experiences that shape individuals. Dedicated to lifelong learning, Barbara continually seeks opportunities to grow personally and professionally while making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

Amy Boone

Staff Generalist

Amy joined Cowtown Clubhouse in October 2023 and brings with her nearly 16 years of experience in the mental health and substance use fields. She holds three certifications: Peer Specialist Supervisor, Mental Health Peer Specialist, and Recovery Support Peer Specialist. One of Amy’s favorite things about working at Cowtown—aside from the amazing members—is the sense of community and belonging. “Everyone who comes to the club is an equal,” she says. “I’ve never felt like a stranger here.”

Jeff DeLong

Staff Generalist

Jeff joined the Clubhouse staff in August 2024. Prior to that, he spent 20 years as a classroom teacher in Fort Worth and also worked as a street outreach worker supporting unsheltered individuals. Jeff deeply values the sense of community at the Clubhouse and enjoys getting to know the unique stories of its members.
